Join Chef Stacy, a Certified Master Food Preserver, for a day of Jams and Jellies. She will show you the basics behind preserving your favorite fruits.
You will learn to make Wine Jelly & Cranberry Jelly Learn techniques for pairing jellies on a charcuterie board for your holiday guests.
You will take home a jar of each product you create and holiday labels to make your gifts special.
