Treat your mom to a special Italian brunch on Mother’s Day . Executive Chef Amy Maize will prepare a celebration of Italian flavors to honor the women that give us everything.  Brunch Menu Italian Baked Eggs with Sausage Ricotta Pancakes with Peach Honey Syrup Assortment of muffins, scones and biscuits served with Fischer & Wieser Jams and Jellies Zabaglione with Assorted Fresh Berry and Tullie Peach Bellini’s and Wine included Fischer & Wieser Cooking School recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with the Cooking School before attending the class.
